Meet STEM Kids Rock's Jordyn Sunn!
Come to any of the free STEM Kids Rock events and you will have the pleasure of meeting Jordyn Sunn, our butterfly & moth expert!
Jordyn is 19 years old and a graduate of St. Augustine CHS where she favourite courses where parenting and drama. Jordyn is a very hardworking teen scientist who is at all of our events, and helps with our STEM Kids Rock social media!
In her spare time, Jordyn is an active advocate for those living with Cerebral Palsy as well as the captain of the Unionville-Milliken Soccer Club with Special Olympics Ontario’s High-5 All Abilities Team. At the end of the outdoor season, Jordyn was
awarded the David Matthew Conforti Memorial Award for her dedication to the High-5 Team. In addition, she was Athlete of the Week for 105.9 The Region and a RBC Make 150 Count recipient for all of her volunteer work for the community.
Jordyn aspires to attend college in the fall. We are so grateful to have Jordyn as a member of our STEM squad and know she is inspiring the next generation of inclusive STEM Leaders!
